I was wondering if anyone knew where to go or who to contact in order to become a ref. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks

I wanted to referee some of the ladies mud wrestling. Do you have that number?

Nope . . but I do know, personally, one of the head officers of the refereeing(sp?) association that Refs the High School programs, and they are always on the lookout for new, young blood. It's not easy, and you don't see much pay (or thanks, for that matter) but the guys who do it apparently like it and do it in spite of the treatment they sometimes get.

As for the ladies mud wrestling, I'm betting the line is long and the service, voluntary . . Plus, I'm guessing you're far too old to even persevere to get to the head of the line . . I know I am . .

I might be too old to remember why I'm standing in line.
