Southside Home Depot

Did I miss something? I have heard from multiple sources that Home Depot is going to build as south side location on what is now the southside K-Mart at the corner of Northern and Pueblo Blvd. Anyone heard anything?

We could get the County Commissioners involved. That would kill the deal in a hurry.
I have wondered for a long time how K Mart stays open. Every time I drive past, their parking lot seems to be composed only of employees cars and vehicles for sale, while across the street Wal Mart's lot is overflowing.
