I would like to know why there has not been any explaination as to why this child was allowed to be driving the car he was in when he killed those bikers. Also, where are his parents during all of this disaster. I always thought that when your under age children do horrific things like this the parents should be held liable. At least held responsible for the monetary losses of the victims. The survivors should file a law suit against the kid's parents as well as the Sherriff's Department. Also, whoever gave that kid the keys to their car should be just as responsible as the kid.

Hmmm, been following this one on Channel 12-KOAATV.

If the same thing happened in Colorado, the kid would've at least gotten a couple of years of Probation and had restitution responsibilities. Dunno how they could've made up for anything, and the kid's family probably doesn't have a pot to pi-- in or a wundow to throw it out of . . but then, You never know.

But, I'd be willing to bet, if those ladies were to find a "Good" Lawyer, who'd go to the trouble to start a suit against the State of New Mexico for Negligence and Dereliction, I'd bet Ol' Guv'ner Richardson would jump on that little A--hole D.A. in Taos and things might pick up quickly!

They need a Lawyer, not KOAA . . .
