I need help locating a hidding individual in Pueblo I have looked on anywho, bigffot, dex online, yahoo, hotmail, many other free sites. I don't want to pay for a site to find him. It has to do with legal matters and he needs to be served paperwork. I had Pueblo County Sheriff Dept try to serve him but they go to the address you provide them, and I had his moms address where he lived for many years and she just lies about where he is. Anyone have any ideas???

Well, I'm not really sure your going to hear anything that you will like but without naming the individual you're not likely to get his address. So about all I can do is offer some advice on tactics you might try.

Considering what you've said it doesn't sound like you're a lawyer or professional entity which leaves the assumption that you're knowledge of the person is from direct experience (however, who knows maybe your just an innocent server working for a piss poor company as I believe most do the homework for you). So I would evaluate the target. Consider the individuals background and everything that you know about them. What type of work is the person capable of or willing to do. What types of habits does the person have. Does the person have a favorite bar or night club. I'm assuming here that you have knowledge of what the person looks like.

Anyhow, I would try staking out those places. I know that it takes time and effort but then again what did you expect. If you have a pretty good idea of the type of work this person does I would start calling places of that nature and either ask to speak to the individual or act a HR personell calling about the person as if they had applied for a job. If you can find the person go back to tracking and follow the target to what you feel is the persons home.

There is a book, I think its called 'little black book of PI secrets'. It might help. Regardless I wish you the best. Even knowing for sure where someone is doesn't mean you will be easily able to serve them papers.

Oh, and I hope your not looking for me :)

My grandma had a little trick for finding people that worked sometimes. Send him a business letter to the last known address you have for him. If it doesn't automatically get forwarded to him, it stand a good chance of coming back with the correct address added to it.

Business mail (or stuff that looks like business mail) tends to get a forwarding address given to the sender by the post office to save themselves some work. They assume that a lot of mail will be sent by you to this person and they don't want to do your legwork for you.

Thanks for the suggestions,

I need all the help I can so I appreciate the input but I have already done a big part of the suggestions in Coulters reply. I went to several southside bars in Pueblo that this individual has been known to frequent. I took a couple pictues with me and asked people if they knew or had seen him. This individual is pretty much a Lop he has never held a job for any amount of time. The jobs he has had hit a wide range of types none inparticular. I did go to several other locations he has frequented in the past.

We went to several of his relatives house's whom claimed they didn't know who he was, but were bright enough to ask is he in trouble...LOL not the smartest bunch. They also were identified by someone who has known the family for many years. The family gave many diffrent stories . Yes we did the sit and watch and watch and watch type investigating but we were pretty sure he was in his mom's house but just didn't want to come out.

This person has no idea that hes going to be served papers of any type. So my though is what illegal activities is he into to be a chicken and hide or whom did he really upset that might be looking for him.

Coulter it definately can not be you that is being served!!! I know this because this individual is pretty illeterate. He has to have assistance filling out McDonalds Job applications LOL!!!! He wouldn't be able to read what I wrote even ....

Thanks

Gee, Amber, if he didn't know somebody was looking for him, he sure does now . . and you just described a third of the hispanic dudes in Pueblo between 14 and 40 . .

You stated he didn't know anyone was looking for him the the post before the last . . Betcha after you asked, if the people you asked knew him, he found out fast . . .

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to survive on the streets . . actually it takes no smarts at all . . and if he's just dodging you . . that's relatively easy . . the cops are harder to avoid . .

A secret . . Everybody has to be someplace . . and usually they're where it's easiest to be . . who's feeding him and where does he sleep? If he does drugs, where does he buy them?

Today's Washington Post ran an article about how easy and cheap it is to get information about someone. Here's the link and an excerpt:

Thanks 4 the info!!! I really didn't care if he knew anyone was looking for him, I was only stating basicly he didn't know at the time so why would he hide. That just confuses me. It's okay I got a judge to sign a paper that allows us to publish it in a certain paper and if he doesnt respond it's on him then. I was trying to keep the same court date as I had before but since I couldn't have him served it only delayed it 2 weeks. At the time I thought it would delay it way longer than that. So basicly it's a closed case now!!!! I will win and since he doesn't want to be an adult he will loose!!!
